All of the natural sunscreens will be white and harder to blend in. This one came out of the tube easiest, blended in easiest, and didn't smell stale or like dirt like the other ones (You know, that cheap dollar store lotion smell). This is the first sunscreen that my irish husband and son can use and not burn, which is a miracle for me.
Other lotions I'm comparing it to; Alba, Coola, Badger, Burnout, Kidsport, Tropical Sands.

This stuff is AWESOME. Whenever we go to the beach, my friends use Waterbabies and Banana Boat and all that crap and they always burn like lobsters. But this stuff has zinc in it- which is what really makes it work. Great sunscreen. Just make sure to apply *before* you get on the beach!

This sun cream has a very light texture and applies & absorbs easily on the skin. Even with heavy application, there is no embarrasing white makeup look on your face. And Blue Lizard is company with a reputation for making quality sunscreens without using a lot of harsh chemicals.

We got this sunscreen because of orange stains that show up on our clothes with other sunscreens. We have hard water with lots of iron in it and apparently that reacts with the Avobenzene that is in a lot of sunscreens. We just used Blue Lizard for our trip to the zoo. I didn't even put that much on, but we had no problem with sunburn. Easy to spread. Blends in well without too much rubbing. I'd say in terms of blending it is very comparable with Coppertone Water Babies but your skin feels a lot less icky. Just nice and moisturized. I may even start using it as a facial sunscreen! Like other reviews say, there is no heavy sunscreen smell. Great product! Great price!
