I have this warmer for a month now, I have used it just once. I like the warmer. Once it is warm it keeps the heat. It takes a while to warm initially. So start warming atleast 30mins before use.

Awesome machine I wish I had it a long time ago. It makes waxing so much easier and no mess to pick up, always ready when I need it. Keeps wax warm and ready if you choose too. It does not take too much space either

I use to have Satin Smooth wax warmer and actually had bought the intro kit with wax and creams. I used it for many years, it worked fine but took a few hours before getting the wax hot and never really got the wax that hot. It died on me a few weeks ago and decided to go for a different model. With Gigi's wax warmer I don't need hours of wait before waxing. 30 mins will do. + the wax get pretty hot therefore the wax gets much thinner, therefore I end up using a lot less for the same amount of waxing. I realize now that I had been missing out all these years and wasting money on wax! I could have used half the wax I used with Gigi's wax warmer. I am very please so far. The only thing is it is a little bit wider than my old model and need to find a new space to store it in my small bathroom.

Although I'm happy with the wax warmer, I was disappointed that it didn't include the metal bar where we lay the waxing stick. I've tried to purchase one in the local beauty stores but they are not sold individually. This makes waxing a bit challenging and messy.

Very easy to use, also you are able to control the heat when you need.
