 Great stuff Sep 01, 2010
This wax is wonderfull, used it to bikini wax, deffinatly would use a lidocaine cream with it though. This took the hair off great.
 Difficult for people new to waxing Aug 29, 2010
This was the first home waxing product I have purchased, and I found it a little difficult to use. If you let the wax harden too much, it sticks to your skin and it very difficult (and painful) to remove. I also thought it was tricky to get a good grip on the wax without strips. With some practice, I'm hoping it will get easier and prove to be a good investment!

don't go by the hard wax praise that's around for this product. The wax is of course good but its useful only for very sensitive area like bikini and face. if you are planning for a full waxing then this is not what you are looking for

I have never used hard wax before. It was different than waxing strips...and in some ways i liked it. But if you get wax on you and don't rip it off right away its impossible to get off the hair. I like the warmer and other prodcuts ok, but just don't think its very reasonable to wax oneself. If someone could help or do it, then it would be worth it.

I love this. It worked wonders and was fairly easy to figure out. I liked that it came with an instructional DVD, but would have liked it better if it came with an instructional manual. It was a pain to go through the whole DVD just to find out how long the hair should be to wax; but like I said it worked WAY better than expected.
