 Just What I Needed Feb 24, 2010
This was just the product I needed in my salon... I am able to get even the little hard to get chin hairs that most cold waxes leave behind. This wax gets VERY HOT but I would recommend this product to any salon owner or even for home use (if you know how to use hot wax). Thank You Amazon.com

This product was so bad. The wax was stuck to the lid. It was very hard to remove. Once applying the wax, and removing with the muslin sheets, muslin particles adhered to my face. Cache would not accept my return and sent it back saying it needed an RMA #. The supposedly sent an email on November 23, which I did not received. Anyone dealing with Cache, please don't. If you are dissatisfied with the product, the only way to return it is unopened. How do you know what the product is like if you do not open the box and try it. I am having this investigated. I am really disgusted with this company. Do not purchase anything unless you intend to keep it.

I've been using this waxing kit for almost 2 years now and it saved me some money, instead of getting my eye brows waxed every 2-3 weeks, I just do it myself. my husband was even a sport and let me test it out on his arm ( he was missing hair for about 2 months on his arm lol ) when i first bought!

I like official WAX much better. This stuff was really runny and didn't do as good a job as regular wax. Wouldn't recommend. Sally Hanson wax worked much better for me. I have coarse hair.
