Lip Inflation Extreme from Sally Hanson promises to inflate your lips to the extreme and give you that sexy pout you've always desired. Sadly, it does not inflate anything besides your debt (if you used a credit card). Compared to some products, such as the lip plumper products by Yves Saint Laurent (which I tried in a store once and loved until I saw the price tag), the Sally Hanson Lip Inflation Extreme does nothing.
Some reviewers have noted that it is like napalm for lips. Besides a slight tingle, my lips were not affected nor did they become chapped. The product, though, is gooey and somewhat sticky, and it also wears off very quickly. To keep it on for any length of time you have to constantly apply it.
There is one pro for this product is the smell. I love the rich spicy aroma, cinnamon and nutmeg. It smells like Christmas on your lips. That's about the only good thing I can say about the product, but the smell alone is what keeps it in my makeup bag. I wish more products smelled as nice!
VERDICT: It won't plump your lips, but hey, it smells nice!

While the color of this product was nice, it wasn't worth the painful after-effects. The tingling sensation felt when applying turned out to cause damage to my lips. They broke out in tiny bumps. It is now three days later since I used Lip Inflation, and my lips are still bumpy, sore, and dry.

I bought this because it was half as much as lip venom. It works pretty well! It smells incredible, doesn't hurt, just tingles, and it makes your lips look good, a little fuller than without. In addition to the color it comes with, your lips flush, and stay that way for a while. It's not the answer to Angelina Jolie lips, but at one thousandth the cost of cosmetic surgery to look like her, it does a pretty good job! :)

Nice!! I had bought the regular lip inflation before and I was really disappointed. It doesn't work. But the extreme does, I got it in a redish color, so I don't know if the color helps as well, but I love it! It doesn't dry my lips either. :)
