I am fair skinned and find it hard to get a sun-less tanner that doesn't turn me orange. I started with the smaller travel-size to be certain that this would work, and it did. Now I've moved up to the larger size.
I like to ease of use (apply before bedtime - let dry 10-15 minutes) then go to sleep, shower in the morning to rinse off the excess. It's recommended to do 3 days in a row to get a base coat, then every 3-4 days to maintain. I usually just do 2 days then every 3-4 days. I'm not looking to be goddess-like bronze (esp. because I work indoors all day/all week).
One note - the company recommends applying moisturizer on your skin before applying the tanner, DO IT!! It does cut down on the "palm staining" not totally prevents it but it is reduced. I haven't tried the remover cloths that's going to be my next purchase.
